Marketing Associate Job

Key Responsibilities:

I. B2B/ B2C marketing (Employer & candidates acquisition):

1. Development and refinement of the company's brand strategy for reaching out to prospective employers & candidates.
2. Conceptualize compelling and high-quality text, image, audio, and video content for mass outreach across various marketing channels:
- Social media (LinkedIn/ Instagram)
- WhatsApp marketing
- Call marketing
- E-mail marketing
- Website and print materials
3. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
4. Design flyers/posters/ graphics for the content using Canva or other software.
5. Design, implement, and analyze bulk email/ call/WhatsApp campaigns to engage with customers and nurture leads.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
7. Implement and manage marketing automation tools and processes to streamline and optimize marketing efforts.

II. B2C marketing (Candidates acquisition)

8. Execute digital marketing paid campaigns on social media and Google.
9. Monitor and analyze the performance of website and social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
10. Work towards SEO and SEM to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
11. Collaborates with influencers/ content creators in the legal & finance domain to promote brand management, partnerships, and measuring the impact of influencer campaigns.
12. Work towards influencer marketing by collaborating with influencers.
13. Collaborating with educational institutes to increase candidate reach.
14. Plan and coordinate promotional events including job fairs to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience.
15. Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
