Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients and partners in the construction and interior design sectors.
2. Client Interaction: Understand client needs through detailed discussions and consultations. & Prepare customized proposals and quotes with assistance from the tendering team.
3. Follow-Up & Conversion: Track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline. & Implement strategies to convert leads into signed contracts and ensure successful project initiation.
