We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Education Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets within the assigned region, generating business from schools and other sources, and contributing to the growth of our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet and exceed designated lead targets within the specified region
2. Generate a robust database by reaching out to schools, colleges, RWAs, and other relevant sources
3. Conduct meetings with principals, coordinators, and management personnel to build and enhance business relationships
4. Execute various marketing activities within the assigned region to promote our educational offerings
5. Organise and conduct seminars in schools, open seminars in town, and residential apartments (townships)
6. Effectively generate leads through seminars in schools, local tuition centers, seminars in town, and residential apartments (townships)
7. Interact regularly with students and parents, addressing inquiries and providing information about our educational programs
8. Liaise with local institutions to explore collaborative business opportunities

1. Proven experience in the marketing field
2. Self-motivated with a strong drive to excel in sales and marketing
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
4. Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards achieving targets
5. Previous experience in educational, hospitality, pharma, training, or healthcare industries is preferred
6. Good written and verbal communication skills; regional language is mandatory for respective branches
7. Comfortable with regular travel and possessing your own personal transport
8. Bachelors degree required; MBA/BBA would be an added advantage
9. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with various client groups
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
