BabyMD is an early stage that aims to transform childcare and be a partner to every parent. We have a set of offline clinics in Bengaluru, and this role is about offline (physical) lead generation and conversion.
Key responsibilities:
1. Location intelligence: Recce existing and upcoming clinic locations to understand where parents/patients live, where they spend time and the competition landscape to build effective marketing strategies
2. Organize offline marketing events: Create a marketing calendar and host events in apartment complexes, or the clinic - campaigns include planning for theme, participants, messaging and announcements
3. Run offline marketing campaigns: Working with agencies and stakeholders to deploy posters/banners/flyers, and similar visibility and communication elements in the localities of interest
4. Scout and execute marketing partnerships for lead generation and awareness: Find suitable partners willing to co-host customer events at their premises with the intent of co-promoting our marketing objectives (clinic and services awareness), conceptualise the activity and execute it
5. Reporting: be self-organising, build and periodically share appropriate reports and updates on the effort (outreach, activities planned, conducted, footfalls) and outcomes

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
1. An outgoing personality that is willing to cold-call on partners, apartment associations, pre-schools, shops and establishments etc.
2. Able to pitch - sales experience or bent of mind will be very helpful
3. Be in the field - having your 2W or a similar small vehicle is highly desirable (we will compensate for fuel costs at actuals)
4. Work weekends (we will compensate for time off on other days)
5. Structure inputs - basic Google Sheet or similar tool usage is required
6. High self-motivation - this role will have a lot of “no” sayers in the market, so you must not be overtly bothered about negative responses
7. This is an execution-oriented role and requires travel and presence at the location. 8. Having a license, a 2W or a suitable small vehicle is highly recommended, we will pay a per diem/suitable fuel reimbursement
9. South Bengaluru candidates (ECity, HSR Layout, Koramangala etc.) will be preferred
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
