The 'Overseas Admission Consultant' will assist international students in their educational journey by guiding them through university selection, admissions, and visa processes, along with financial aid and scholarship opportunities. The role requires a detail-oriented individual passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Guidance: Provide in-depth consultation on international education opportunities.
2. Admission Process: Assist with the completion of admission applications for foreign universities.
3. University Selection: Suggest universities based on students' academic records, preferences, and career goals.
4. Visa and Immigration Support: Guide students through visa applications and immigration procedures.
5. Financial Aid & Scholarships: Help students identify and apply for scholarships or financial aid programs.
6. CRM Management: Efficiently manage student data and communication through CRM tools.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
Experience:
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
1-7 years of experience in education counseling or international admissions is preferred.
Language:
Strong proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Skills:
Patience and empathy towards student needs.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with international education systems and university admissions processes.
