Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
2. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
3. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
4. Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
5. Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives and promotional content.
6. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
8. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and drive lead generation.
