Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
2. Manage budgets and campaigns to drive strong return on investment (ROI) and efficient spending.
3. Continuously analyse campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Use data-driven insights to adjust targeting, messaging, and budget allocation across campaigns.
5. Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to increase conversion rates.
6. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content and landing pages that convert.
7. Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPC (Cost per Click), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and ROI.
8. Perform competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of trends and best practices in performance marketing.
9. Provide regular performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
10. Work closely with other teams such as product, design, and analytics to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
11. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.).
3. Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing platforms.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends.
6. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and web analytics.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in e-commerce or SaaS marketing is a plus.
2. Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
3. Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
