Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
2. Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns across various channels, including Search, Display, and Social
3. Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
4. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and measurement
6. Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
