1. Develop, implement, and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms, focusing on performance marketing strategies.
2. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness and achieve targeted ROI for both paid and organic search strategies.
3. Set up and manage platform integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Google, Facebook, Sizmek, Appsflyer) for accurate campaign setup and tracking.
4. Design and test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ad performance and conversion rates.
5. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate PPC strategies with broader digital marketing and performance marketing initiatives.
7. Collaborate with content and web teams to align paid and organic search efforts.
8. Manage advertising budgets, track expenditures, and forecast future performance to ensure cost efficiency and achieve marketing goals.
9. Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.
Skill(s) required

1. Bachelors degree (or higher) in any related field with a strong quantitative background.
2. Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 1-3 years), and extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing at technology companies (such as e-commerce, online travel, mobile gaming, etc) is preferable.
3. Highly proficient in using digital ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, and Twitter Ads.
4. Have an understanding of Google Analytics.
5. Have experience in managing ad networks for acquisition campaigns.
6. Have a basic understanding of organic acquisition such as App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
7. Experience in setting up platform integration (for mobile app and website) with third parties (ex-Google, Facebook, Sizmek, Appsflyer) for campaign set-up and tracking purposes.
