About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute performance marketing strategies with a focus on e-commerce and lead generation campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
2. Conduct comprehensive keyword and market research to guide campaign strategy and optimization.
3. Manage budgets and bids to ensure maximum ROI on all campaigns.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize and scale campaigns effectively.
5. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
6. Optimize campaigns to enhance return on investment.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates, incorporating best practices into campaign strategies.
8. Work closely with the client services team to ensure campaign objectives align with overall marketing goals and client expectations.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data in a clear and actionable manner.

6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

7. A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint is a plus.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,20,000 /year
