Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Through market research and various channels such as social media, industry events, and online platforms to generate leads
2. Client Interaction: Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their HRMS needs and challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication
3. Follow-up and Conversion: Implement a structured follow-up, Address client queries and concerns, provide relevant information and solutions and try to convert leads into successful deals
4. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights
