About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing department
2. Work closely with the marketing team to understand approaches and programs for generating leads
3. Compile leads from marketing initiatives and ensure they are properly managed and tracked
4. Work to qualify potential customers
5. Communicate with potential clients via phone, email, and other channels
6. Have in-depth conversations to understand the wants, issues, and budgetary limitations of potential customers
7. Find out how interested and ready people are to purchase
8. Evaluate leads in accordance with preset criteria to make sure they meet the requirements of our ideal customer
9. Put lead transfer first
10. Get to work giving the sales team complete and accurate information after the lead meets the qualifying conditions
11. Provide the sales team with the background data required to ensure a seamless transition
12. Give your aims your whole attention
13. Aim to achieve your individual and team objectives for lead qualification and conversion
14. Try to monitor and document the flow of leads through the sales funnel on a regular basis
15. Pay attention to handling client relations
16. Ensure that the CRM system has complete and up-to-date records of every interaction with leads and prospects
17. Ensure that all communications with potential clients are organized and suitably recorded for future reference
18. Get familiar with the product
19. Make an attempt to stay informed on the company's products, market trends, and rivalry
20. Explain the features and advantages of the product to potential customers effectively
21. Give the marketing and sales team feedback on lead quality and prospect engagement
