As a customer support associate, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and enhancing customer journey with our product and overall service experience.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead generation through various channels.
2. Qualification of leads to assess suitability.
3. Engaging with leads to understand their needs.
4. Conducting product demonstrations or presentations.
5. Building and maintaining relationships with leads.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

3. Essential prior experience in B2B phone-based sales or inside sales, with clear voice modulation.

4. Strong professional rapport-building skills.

5. Comfortable with heavy outbound calling and driven by targets.

6. Exceptional team player with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
