1. Authenticate and evaluate the quality of leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources
2. Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to understand their needs and interest in our properties
3. Record all client interactions and relevant information accurately in the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and tracking
4. Assess and qualify leads based on their requirements and preferences for further engagement by the sales team
5. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and keep them engaged until they are ready to proceed to the next stage of the sales process
6. Gather and relay feedback from potential clients to the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies
7. Provide regular reports on lead status, communication outcomes, and insights to the sales manager
Requirements:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Excel
3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities
4. Proven experience as a pre-sales or tele-sales representative or in a relevant role from any industry (insurance, banking, education, retail, etc.)
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
