About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and resolve user inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently through various channels (email, calls, social media).
2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding user needs and delivering tailored solutions.
3. Monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and app policies.
4. Review and assess reports of inappropriate content, taking appropriate action to enforce app rules.
5. Collaborate with the moderation team to develop and update moderation policies and procedures.
6. Work closely with the development team to implement tools and features that enhance content moderation capabilities.
7. Continuously evaluate and improve customer support and content moderation processes.

1. 1-2 years experience in client management/customer care, preferably at a leading business process outsourcing firm

2. Outstanding communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients and cater to their preferences and needs

3. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously. A high bar for excellence

4. Working knowledge of Excel.

5. High degree of integrity. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions

6. Bachelors degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
