2. Delivering successful projects to clients, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality.
3. Creating and managing project budgets, including labor, material, equipment, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
4. Experience in painting, roof coatings, EIFS, or related scopes is often required.
5. Overseeing multiple community-wide projects, from pre-construction to completion, and ensuring that each project is completed safely and to the satisfaction of the client.
6. Setting up and supporting painting crews for success by providing them with the scope of work, materials, tools, and equipment.
Additionally, you may be involved in:
1. Marketing activities, such as sending marketing materials and following up with past customers.
2. Sales, including completing estimates, and closing sales.
