Projects Coordinator Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare precise techno-commercial quotations and revise them based on client requirements and discussions
2. Notify the accounts team upon quotation confirmation to initiate payment processing and project commencement
3. Coordinate with the operations team by providing project details for execution and procurement planning parallel to quotation confirmation
4. Maintain a comprehensive record of project requirements and regularly update clients, the accounts team, and the operations team on project changes
5. Foster active, positive, and proactive communication with clients and the operations team, acting as the pivotal bridge for project execution
6. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing procedures

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
2. Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in a techno-commercial environment
3. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
5. Proactive mindset with a keen ability to anticipate and address project requirements
6. Proficiency in project management tools and the Microsoft Office suite
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
