We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within our company. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in our organization.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various positions
2. Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit for the role
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
6. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of candidates
7. Negotiate job offers with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process
8. Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other external partners
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proven ability to source and attract top talent
5. Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
9. Graduate freshers are welcome too
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
