- Focus on driving the revenue mix across various services offered.
5. Market expansion:
- Develop new markets by forming partnerships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 system integrators (SIs).
6. Lead generation & key account management:
- Generate new leads within the region and manage key accounts effectively.
7. Market intelligence:
- Analyze competitor strategies, gather new product information, and stay updated on market trends.
8. Trade marketing & promotions:
- Drive trade schemes, and promotions, and implement trade marketing initiatives.
9. Team management:
- Hire and manage a skilled sales team.
- Develop and mentor the team for higher responsibilities and identify training needs.
- Lead from the front to motivate the team through regular meetings and on-the-job training.
- Set clear objectives (KRAs) and conduct performance reviews to achieve sales targets.
Core Qualifications:
1. Master's in business administration (Sales, Sales & Marketing) or B.E./BTech/MCA preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior role such as State Head, Regional Head, Zonal Sales Manager, or Business Head.
