We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 'Accountant' to join our dynamic team at Thinkific. As an 'Accountant', you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your proficiency in accounting, Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office, as well as excellent written and spoken English skills, will be essential in this role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain financial documents and reports using Tally and MS Excel
2. Monitor and reconcile bank statements, transactions, and accounts
3. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
4. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management
5. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws
6. Communicate effectively with team members and clients in English
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and efficiency
