We are looking for a versatile and self-motivated individual to join our team as a sales/admin/social media specialist. This remote position will involve supporting our mission by contributing to sales efforts, managing administrative tasks, and handling social media engagement to enhance our online presence. Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales support:

a. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
b. Maintain relationships with current clients, ensuring satisfaction and support.
c. Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
d. Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

2. Administrative duties:

a. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
b. Assist in the coordination of team activities and project timelines.
c. Support financial processes such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.

3. Social media management:

a. Develop and implement social media strategies to promote Clean-Water's mission and services.
b. Create and curate engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
c. Monitor social media channels, responding to comments and inquiries.
d. Analyze and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement.
