We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to expand our clientele. You will be responsible for applying different sales strategies and working with dedication to increase sales. Your ultimate goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Create and implement growth strategies that prioritize both financial success and customer satisfaction.
2. Sales Management: Oversee the recruitment, goal-setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives.
3. Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, and related metrics.
4. Customer Support: Offer reliable feedback and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Shift timing: 10 AM to 6 PM - Monday to Saturday (Remote)
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
Skills:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar area.
3. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in IT.
4. Project Management: Capability to manage complex projects and effectively multi-task.
5. Organization: Excellent organizational abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
6. Initiative: Self-starter with the ability to work independently, be proactive, and navigate uncertainty.
7. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
8. Computer Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing a computer for a variety of tasks.
