About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Write highly technical documents in English, including professional portfolios, resumes, CVs, social media profiles, biographies & other documents for clients
2. Extensively use MS Office to produce high-quality, professional-looking documents
3. Showcase excellent spoken & written communication skills in the English language when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
4. Talk with customers and deliver assignments as per SLAs
5. Undertake secondary research activities to develop unique, innovative document formats and content strategies
6. Research for relevant content for various profiles; content/industry jargon to use
7. Ensure careful scrutiny of documents developed for clients
8. Ensure that each document meets prescribed quality standards and norms
9. Achieve process SLAs and generate MIS reports
10. Conduct research to update yourself on industry knowledge & trends


1. Strong client servicing orientation with abilities in communicating with clients at the highest level to understand needs and aspirations
2. Confident speaker, not afraid to talk to CXO-level customers & directors of companies
3. Must be knowledgeable about the various employable industries and verticals and should understand job profiles
4. Should be able to work under minimum supervision
5. We are looking for strong communicators in the English language
6. Candidates with experience of 0-3 years in content writing/development
7. Should be creative in thought and willing to change writing style to suit different customer & industry types
8. We can also consider people with an HR background and an interest in writing
