We are seeking a driven sales executive with a solid background in edu tech sales to market and sell our certified e-commerce professional program. This high-ticket program is designed to enhance the careers of professionals through certification and offers substantial business and job opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Perform sales calls to a targeted list of potential customers, persuasively explaining the advantages of our online courses and closing sales
2. Work on achieving a minimum of 10 sales per week to meet weekly and monthly sales targets
3. Leverage leads generated via social media to convert into paying customers
4. Participate in a one-week training session to optimally prepare for effective course promotion
Requirements:
1. Proven sales experience, particularly in online educational courses, with a consistent track record of achieving sales goals
2. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
3. Capability to start remotely with the flexibility to transition to office-based work in Bangalore as required
Salary and compensation:
1. Base salary: 25,000 per month, totaling 3 lakhs annually
2. Performance incentives: Up to 75,000 per month based on achieving sales targets, which can total up to 9 lakhs annually
3. Annual performance bonus: Upon completing one year and meeting minimum sales targets, an additional bonus of 3 lakhs is awarded
4. Total potential earnings: Up to 15 lakhs per annum, including base salary, incentives, and bonus
Incentives:
1. Incentives are calculated at 10% for meeting a minimum of 30 sales per month, leading to potential monthly earnings of up to 75,000 in incentives alone
2. If the monthly sales target of 30 sales is not met but sales are still made, the incentive rate is 5% of the total sales value
Additional details:
1. This role begins with a 30-day probation period where meeting sales targets is crucial
2. Failure to meet the minimum sales target during the probation period may lead to immediate termination without notice
3. Continuation of employment and salary is contingent on consistently achieving sales targets
Location: Initially Remote, potential mandatory transition to Bangalore office after three months.
