Associate UI/UX Designer Job (Remote)

Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
Design and execute studies into user behaviour and attitudes
Help define and refine user personas
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers.
Work alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in user research and assessing performance metrics.
Identify UX design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Develop a design system and implement it in UI designs.
Lead the design for new experiences and improvements of existing experiences.
Create innovative solutions for a wide variety of product design challenges, including mobile, desktop, physical environments, and person-to-person interactions.
Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Conduct usability tests on each independent type of page on an application or website and create a report showcasing your findings
Conduct testing of applications, websites and software to assess user experience and ease of design
Role Requirements:
Three or more years of UX design experience.
Solid understanding of user-centric design and interaction design principles
Experience with user research such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing
The ability to present design ideas with clarity and passion, and to receive feedback with open-mindedness
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to collaborate with different teams
Excellent communication skills and empathy for the user
Knowledge of industry tools: Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); design programs (Figma, Adobe)
Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment
