Backend Developer Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. As a backend developer, you will face a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you must be prepared to handle ad-hoc changes and challenges on a daily basis.
2. Design and implement backend services using AWS Amplify and Firebase, including authentication, APIs, and data storage.
3. Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support the functionality of Flutter applications and admin panels.
4. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with Flutter applications.
5. Create and maintain a simple yet powerful admin panel for managing application data and user access.
6. Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure secure access to the admin panel.
7. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
8. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
9. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Skills and experience:

1. 1+ years of experience in backend development.
2. Proficiency in Dart and familiarity with the Flutter framework.
3. Strong experience with AWS services, particularly AWS Amplify, Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3.
4. Experience with Firebase for real-time data handling and user authentication.
5. Knowledge of user authentication and management using Amazon Cognito.

Web development skills:

1. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. Experience with PHP.

Development practices:

1. Experience with CI/CD practices and version control systems (Git).
2. Understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Hiring process:
Round one: Pre-hire online test round 2: Technical interview Round 3: HR interview.

Probation period: You will be placed on a 4-month probationary period with a salary of 12000 per month.
