About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Planning and executing a successful business development strategy in line with the agency's plans
2. Working on bidding and business development through freelancing platforms like Upwork, etc.
3. Generating high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts
4. Creating compelling proposals & presentations and delivering them in front of corporate prospects
5. Working on an outbound outreach strategy through a database of contacts
6. Winning new business and achieving agreed revenue and margin targets
7. Pitching business proposals to clients, negotiating and closing sales
8. Manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion successfully
9. Keeping up-to-date and maintaining a strong knowledge on all digital things

3. Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities

4. Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients

5. Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion

7. Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills

8. Have completed at least Bachelors degree or MBA
