Key responsibilities:

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry to course enrollment
3. Sales Strategy: Work with the sales team to implement strategies that meet company sales targets
4. Follow-ups: Diligently follow up with leads and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication
5. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads, updating CRM software and providing regular feedback on progress to the sales manager
6. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Ydegree's course offerings to provide clients with accurate information and best-fit recommendations
