About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist the business development manager with daily follow-ups and scheduling.
2. Maintain and update HubSpot CRM to ensure data accuracy and a clear sales pipeline.
3. Support sales efforts by tracking client interactions, managing leads, and monitoring deal progression.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to facilitate seamless communication regarding client needs and project updates.
5. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features to existing clients.
6. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Provide general administrative support as needed.

Other requirements

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

2. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

4. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

5. Proactive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred but not required:

1. 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the tech or hospitality industry.

2. Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.

3. Knowledge of the hospitality or casino industry is a plus.

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
