About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Schedule prior appointments via telephone
2. Visit prospects in various tehsils to identify suitable individuals for the role of sole enrollment associate
3. Test the eligibility of students enrolled by enrollment associates (E.A.) from your native district and send qualified students to the institute
4. Select and train a "BBA/MBA or post-graduate management diploma holder" junior or batchmate, and recommend them to HR for the role of district business development executives (BDEs) in neighboring districts
5. Accompany at least one junior to visit prospects in their district
6. Conduct digital/social media awareness campaigns and map tagging
7. Organize SMS campaigns
8. Execute onsite promotions, including posters, banners, and write-ups
9. Promote at student gatherings, college annual functions, sports tournaments, public gatherings, haats, bazaars, melas, and other events
10. Conduct random eligibility checks of student candidates enrolled by enrollment associates and assessed by BDEs to verify data accuracy and field conditions
11. Facilitate coordination between enrollment associates and business development executives in each district
12. Audit travel arrangements for students
13. Undertake other necessary activities to ensure the team achieves and exceeds targets

For Freshers:

1. Probation Period: 3 months
2. Stipend: 15,000 per month (for 26 working days)

For Experienced Candidates:

1. Probation Period: 6+ weeks
2. Stipend: 45,000 for 45 working days
3. Location: Remote, with extensive fieldwork in your native district (use of personal vehicles is prohibited to promote environmental sustainability)
4. Work Type: Extensive field job
5. Languages: Hindi & English
6. Working Days: Flexible
7. Work Timing: Flexible working hours

Job Responsibility:

The primary objective during the probation period is to authorize at least one Enrollment Associate (E.A.) at every tehsil in your region. Test the eligibility of students enrolled by the E.A. from your native district and send qualified students to the institute.
