Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn and other channels.
2. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.
3. Convert leads into clients and manage the client onboarding process.
4. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.
5. Maintain and update client records and track progress using CRM tools.
6. Collaborate with the team to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
2. Strong proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for lead generation.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Knowledge of the IT services industry is a plus.
