Kaarwan is a platform for short, affordable & interactive cohort-based courses for beginners & professionals in the Architecture & Design Industry. We have designed a playbook to create quality courses that teach the most relevant use cases in a hands-on & interactive environment. We are the first in India to build such a platform for the masses Student Counselor/ Sales Role for B2C.
Key responsibilities:
1. Educate the existing customer base about our workshops and courses
2. Onboard new leads/customers and provide information about the offerings
3. Pitch our workshops and courses to prospective customers
4. Maintain regular interaction with customers
5. Identify and pursue business opportunities while focusing on relationship-building
Requirements:
1. Keen interest and deep understanding of the education sector
2. Interest in mentoring and guiding students
3. Sales skills with good interpersonal and presentation abilities
4. Preference for candidates with a background in architecture, interior design, UI/UX, Rhino, or Revit
5. Education: Bachelor's in Architecture (Preferred)

Kaarwan was formed by a group of architects from IIT Roorkee. We organize educational travel workshops to explore & promote traditional practices and revive indigenous skills. We hope to create awareness about the core issues of our country by taking along young professionals on travels across the country to help them understand such problems early in their careers and direct their energies toward solving them.
