About the job

The chosen candidate will expand Open Door s presence in a given geographical area. The candidate will be solely responsible for all stages of sales: from contacting a school decision-maker to fix a meeting to negotiating and closing the deal with the school.

Key responsibilities:

1. Researching the best schools and decision-makers in the given geographical area
2. Calling/emailing the decision maker to fix a meeting
3. Making cold visits to fix a meeting
4. Presenting Open Door's work to the school s director, principal, and teachers
5. Following up and negotiating to close the deal
6. Maintaining work in Open Door s database/CRM

Expected joining date: Between 5th - 20th May.

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Sales

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Fluency in speaking English

2. Good at convincing

3. Open to travel (on an average 3 days/week outside the base city)

4. Preference for someone who has worked in the education industry before in a sales role

5. No preference for education background


Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
