Business Development Executive Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build a solid book of business - create lead lists, reach out to prospective clients, and convert them into customers
2. Prospect and secure new clients and identify potential staffing offerings.
3. Expand business opportunities and maintain engagements with existing clients.
4. Achieve targeted profit margins on client engagements
5. Ensure quick turnaround for sharing candidate profiles with clients.
6. Assess and ensure the quality of resources provided to clients.
7. Ensure timely acquisition of signed documents and compliance.
8. Guarantee the success and duration of client engagements.
9. Ensure timely payment clearance and efficient billing processes.
10. Achieve successful client closings/deployments monthly.
11. Regularly update client-related data in the sales Portal.
12. Foster teamwork and collaboration within the lead generation, resource management, and finance teams to ensure Witarist meets its revenue goals
13. Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts.
