Key responsibilities:
1. Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls promptly and efficiently.
2. Adhere to communication scripts for various topics during customer interactions.
3. Understand customer needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and offer solutions or alternatives.
4. Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers.
5. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and going above and beyond.
6. Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions in the call center database.
7. Attend training seminars regularly to enhance knowledge and performance.
8. Achieve personal and team targets, both in terms of quality and quantity of interactions.
