Co Founder Chief Marketing Officer Job (Remote)

Our rapidly growing AI-powered Talent Cloud startup is seeking a creative, innovative and results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team as a co-founder. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company's marketing strategy and ensuring its alignment with the overall business goals. You will be responsible for establishing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

As an individual contributor, you will work closely with the leadership team to identify market opportunities and develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive demand for our talent acquisition solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our target customers, their needs, and pain points, and creating compelling messaging and content that resonates with them.

This position will initially focus on an individual contributor role for the first few months, with a strong emphasis on achieving key deliverables and tangible outcomes, such as high-quality, qualified leads of businesses looking for on-demand elite tech talent and tech teams. The successful candidate will be expected to operate independently and take ownership of the end-to-end lead generation process, with minimal dependency on others. After establishing a successful track record as an individual contributor, the role will evolve into a leadership position, with responsibilities for building and leading a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive high-quality, qualified leads of businesses looking for on-demand elite tech talent and tech teams.
2. Own and manage the end-to-end lead generation process, including prospecting, nurturing, and conversion
3. Develop and maintain key relationships with industry influencers, business leaders, and potential partners
4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
5. Create compelling content and messaging that effectively communicates the value of our services to our target audience.
