What experience and skills do you need?
1. Bachelor's or Masters degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
2. 5-7 years of experience in content writing, preferably in the learning and development sector
3. Proven track record of creating high-quality content for digital platforms
4. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with impeccable attention to detail
5. Should be excellent with creative writing and marketing collateral creation for website, social media, email copy, and employer branding
6. Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques
7. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and other relevant software
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive attitude
10. Experience with analytics and dashboard tools is a plus
