Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
2. Develop and manage recruitment business in the assigned territory.
3. Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, and medical institutions.
4. Manage the full sales cycle from signing MOUs to candidate sourcing.
5. Drive revenue through recruitment services and upselling opportunities.
6. Expand the database of medical professionals in the region.
7. Work closely with HR, marketing, and stakeholders for lead generation.
