1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Candidate must be available to work from 7:30 pm - 3:30 am Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time)
1. 1-3 years of experience in sales development in a technical SaaS environment
2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
3. Deep understanding of sales methodologies and ability to adapt to different buyer personas
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical audiences
5. Demonstrated ability to learn and articulate complex technical concepts
6. Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
7. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g. Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Clay, Outreach.io, Lead Router (Chili Piper) and AI prospecting tools)
8. Experience using AI to increase productivity in outbounding efforts
9. Basic understanding of data engineering concepts is a plus
