We are a startup located in Atlanta with development teams in the US and India. We currently have a product that provides real-time alerts to school authorities when a child is left unattended so the school can prevent a costly incident. The product has decision-makers been deployed at several schools and we are receiving good feedback. We have our marketing material ready along with emails. We have a sales support team to get the list of leads. We need a hands-on salesperson who can guide the sales support team and do the following.
The candidate must have a good track record in closing deals with small businesses in the US.
Key responsibilities:
1. Call private child care centers(small business owners), preschool chains, private schools, public schools, public pools, businesses with public pools, and businesses with buses to prospect and qualify leads
2. Setup an appointment with the owners or decision makers
3. Conduct the demo and win the sale
Our target is to add 1000 clients by the end of 2024 and 10000 by the end of 2025.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Candidate must be available to work from 4:30 pm - 1:30 am Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time)
1. Successful sales experience in the US is a must
2. Persuasive and confident in making cold calls and initiating contact with senior executives and motivation to close accounts is a must
3. Hands-on experience in sales and business development is a must
4. American English speaking skills are must
5. Compensation will be base pay plus commissions based on sales
