About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Software Development:
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Delphi and Object Pascal
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards

2. Application Maintenance:
Maintain and enhance existing Delphi applications, ensuring they remain robust, scalable, and user-friendly
Diagnose and fix bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems

3. Database Integration:
Design and manage database schemas to support application requirements
Integrate applications with various databases, ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation

4. User Interface Design:
Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using VCL (Visual Component Library) and FMX (FireMonkey) frameworks
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design specifications and improve user experience

5. Cross-Platform Development:
Develop and deploy applications for multiple platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, using Delphi's cross-platform capabilities

6. Ensure compatibility and optimal performance across different devices and operating systems

1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.

Other requirements

Qualification:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in Delphi programming and proven experience in software development and system integration

Skills and abilities:

1. Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL

2. Strong understanding of Object Pascal and proficiency in Delphi

3. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)

4. Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

5. Experience in bug fixing and enhancement

Annual CTC: ₹ 16,80,000 - 18,00,000 /year
