About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting regular visits to prospective clients to introduce our paint products and services.
2. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Understanding client needs and providing appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
5. Negotiating sales contracts and terms with clients to achieve sales targets.
6. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
7. Providing regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
8. Attending industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote products.
9. Keeping abreast of industry developments and product innovations to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
10. Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.

Job type: Full-time.
Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 per month + incentives

Other requirements

1. A strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent B2B and retail marketing skills.

2. Preference for candidates with experience in the paint industry are essential.

3. The ideal candidate should also possess strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and a willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and fieldwork.

4. Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

5. Ability to handle rejection positively.

6. Basic computer skills for updating call records.

7. Experience: Experience in paint industry.

8. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry or related field.

9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

10. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

11. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

13. Willingness to travel within assigned territories.

14. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

15. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

16. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 4,00,000 /year
