Finance Associate Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business opportunity analysis: Evaluate several business opportunities and identify the ROI, including market research to understand the important factors for each business.
2. M&A research: Investigate small and medium size businesses and real estate assets listed on public websites.
3. Financial analysis: Analyze industry trends, valuation of assets (whether corporate or real estate) and financial reports to provide insights to our internal team.
4. Reporting: Summarize findings and prepare and present detailed reports to senior members.
5. Social media: Create and post content on X (Twitter) and possibly LinkedIn about market trends and opportunities to attract broad investor interest.
6. Trend monitoring: Stay updated on industry developments.
7. Documentation: Prepare documentation such as pitch decks, 1 Pager, etc.
