About the job

We at Rang De are looking for a Flutter developer who will be responsible for the development of various Flutter-based mobile applications for social investors, borrowers, and impact partners. As a Flutter developer you will contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle: Concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores, and support.

Key responsibilities:

1. Write well designed, tested, efficient code
2. Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs (including crashes and ANRs) to increase the functionality of the application
3. Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
4. Prepare and produce releases of software components
5. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
6. Collaborate with team members (product managers, developers, designers) to brainstorm about new features and functionalities
7. Follow innovative trends and assist with updates for various platforms

Other requirements

1. 0-5 years in mobile software development with some experience in developing Flutter applications for mobile

2. B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech degree in computer science engineering or a related subject

3. Kotlin or JAVA or Swift experience

4. Must have two or more iOS/Android apps developed with Flutter, either deployed on the AppStore/Google Play or available on GitHub (preferred)

5. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs/experience with automated testing and building

6. Proven experience in writing readable code, creating extensive documentation for existing code, and refactoring previously written code knowledge

7. Experience in Flutter Framework and DART programming

8. Hands-on experience in using RESTful APIs

9. Hands-on experience in designing and developing micro-services architecture and containers

10. Object oriented analysis, UML, and design using common design patterns

11. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning/familiarity with push notifications

12. Familiarity with iOS integration with Flutter

13. Experience with material design and Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

14. Good knowledge of adding third-party libraries

15. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

16. Complete understanding of SDLC/experience with Agile development
