BossJi is a new career-tech startup on a mission to end fresher unemployment in India. We help underdog freshers launch their careers with insider gyaan and placement opportunities.
After placing 60 candidates, training 2,000 college students, and gaining 10M views on viral posts, BossJi is now experimenting with new business models. We re seeking a Founder s Office - Growth generalist team member to ideate, design, execute, analyse, and iterate upon Growth experiments that can lead to product-market fit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ideate different value propositions to test based on user research and data
2. Devise and prioritise different experiment variables to A/B test
3. Design and launch experiments using IG, YT, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.
4. Track and analyse experiment data to discontinue, refine, or create new ex

1. Meta, LinkedIn, and AdWords performance marketing skills
2. Fluent spoken and written English as well as spoken Hindi/Hinglish
3. Thrive as a generalist in an early-stage startup with high uncertainty and ambiguity
4. Preferred Background: You have 3 mos. (internships are fine) up to 2 years of startup Growth or Marketing experience. Ideally, you have ideated and executed B2C and/or B2B Growth experiments to test different value propositions with different audiences
5. All educational backgrounds, even non-traditional ones, are welcome
