Key responsibilities:

1. Keep the brand aspirational, elevated, and chic in everything they do. This is more than executing design, this means seeking out and sharing visuals from the market, our competitors, and the world. Keeping up with design trends and understanding what is happening both in the online e-commerce industry and the world of graphic design.
2. Understanding what drives the business and engages the consumer. The graphic designer is required to understand how their work impacts sales. They are expected to seek out and understand what works and what does not, this means asking questions and gaining knowledge of the 'why' behind the wins and losses.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Social media experience required.

2. On-site content design experience strongly preferred.

3. App content design experience strongly preferred.

4. Digital advertising (display, paid social, misc. formats, email).

5. Promotional support experience.

6. Video knowledge(storyboarding, editing, motion graphics).

7. Influencer marketing knowledge.

8. Retail support knowledge (event collateral, signage).

9. Product content and design ability.

10. Familiarity with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, CorelDRAW).

11. A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

12. Digital design experience is strongly preferred.

13. Develop and maintain HTML/CSS/JavaScript-based websites and web pages with good knowledge preferred.

14. Video and motion graphics experience are strongly preferred.

15. Elevated + aspirational design skills + vision.

16. Strong collaboration skills: Able to communicate ideas effectively.

17. Understanding of the ecommerce market and a vision for business-driving tactics.

18. Insight into the everchanging channels of consumer communication, especially the power of online marketing and digital experiences.

19. Creative vision as well as a fine attention to detail in project management.

20. Ability to maintain a strict calendar of deadlines.

21. Strong verbal and written skills.

22. Strong multi-tasking skills.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year
