About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design Android Mobile Apps: Create high-quality, user-friendly designs for Android apps using Figma, adhering to Material Design principles.
2. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for new features and entire apps, ensuring a seamless user experience.
3. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and UX researchers to turn concepts into fully functional designs that meet business and user needs.
4. User Experience Optimization: Continuously improve and iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and user research, focusing on ease of use, accessibility, and overall functionality.
5. Maintain Design Systems: Create, update, and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across all Android apps.
6. Material Design Implementation: Leverage Google's Material Design guidelines to create designs that feel native to Android, while also standing out visually.
7. Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, especially in Android UI/UX, to ensure our apps are fresh, modern, and engaging.
