Experience Required: minimum 6 months of experience in an advertising agency or related field, and a Bachelor's/Master's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop visual designs, layouts, and concepts using principles of visual organization, grid systems, and typography
2. Ensure that final graphics and layouts align with the brand identity, are visually appealing, and maintain brand consistency
3. Present finalized design ideas to both internal teams and clients for review and feedback
4. Create designs for various media platforms, including digital, print, and web banners
5. Stay updated on new design trends and technologies in the industry
6. Attend meetings and collaborate with internal teams to understand business objectives and design requirements
7. Interpret client needs and develop design concepts accordingly
8. Seek approval for design concepts through the submission of rough layouts and sketches
9. Gather information and conduct research to create comprehensive design briefs
10. Generate innovative ideas and concepts to meet project objectives
11. Maintain design trackers to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of design projects
