2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
3. Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
7. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
8. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
