As a Human Resources Specialist at Indorama Ventures, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations. Your expertise in English proficiency (spoken and written) along with your proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
2. Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
3. Handle employee relations issues and provide support for conflict resolution.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
7. Support HR projects and initiatives to improve overall employee engagement and satisfaction.
